Lauria Grant, Chair
Lauria is a relationship manager for business services in the Tampa Banking Office at First Citizens Bank where our culture is built on forever, putting our clients first for more than 125 years.
Having served over twenty years in the banking industry, in many roles in consumer and commercial banking, treasury management, and lending. He has developed a passion and affinity for cultivating deep and meaningful long-term relationships. Lauria is focused on creating client experiences that are unrivaled, building great teams/partnerships, and delivering sustained performance excellence.
Lauria is a graduate of Rutgers University, RBS '05 (Rutgers Business School) with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and honors distinction.
As the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Positive Spin, Lauria is committed to lead a collaborative effort with all stakeholders to strengthen the organization's direction. Sharing the legacy of the past while supporting efforts to chart a strong future in an effort to support the communities that Positive Spin serves.
Djeneé Dunn, Member
Djeneé Dunn is the Founder and Creative Director of Brandkyn, a boutique, human-centered branding and design studio serving purpose-driven organizations across the US and Caribbean.
With a background spanning brand strategy, creative direction, project management, and business operations, Djeneé has, for nearly 13 years, brought a rare combination of big-picture thinking and hands-on execution to every client relationship. She has led programs, supported nonprofit boards, and helped shape new business opportunities for organizations, with a portfolio spanning well over 100 nonprofit and mission-driven clients.
Patrick Johnson, Member
Patrick is a dedicated community leader whose work reflects a deep commitment to advancing equity, opportunity, and long‑term community well‑being. As a member of the Board of Directors of Positive Spin, he brings strategic insight, strong financial acumen, and an unwavering dedication to strengthening the organization’s mission and impact.
Patrick’s service has been recognized through several distinguished honors.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, graduating summa cum laude from Northeastern University, and a Master of Science in Financial Economics from Boston University.
