Coordinated Wraparound Services
Navigation support for basic needs, housing assistance, mental health, legal aid, and other essential services.
-
Families understand their own strengths, challenges, culture, and priorities better than anyone else. A family-centered approach recognizes that lasting change happens when the whole family is engaged in the process.
-
Families often come to services because of a challenge. A strength-based approach identifies what families are already doing well, their skills, relationships, resilience, knowledge, and resources, and we build from those strengths. This approach promotes hope, confidence, and self-reliance.
-
Families identify what they want to achieve, establish realistic and measurable goals, and take manageable steps toward those goals. Progress can then be recognized, celebrated, and adjusted when circumstances change.
Employment & Workforce Development
Job readiness, resume writing with a focus on translating military skills into civilian careers, employer connections, and career training.

-
Creating direct connections with employers bridging the gap between training and opportunity. Participants will have access to hiring managers, interviews, career pathways, apprenticeships, and employment opportunities that may otherwise be difficult to access.
-
Connecting individuals to industry-recognized skills training and credentials needed to compete for jobs that offer better wages, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.
Affordable High-Quality Childcare
Childcare is not simply a family support; it is workforce infrastructure. When parents have access to affordable, high-quality childcare, they are better positioned to work, learn, advance, and build a stronger economic future for their families.
-
Having access to reliable childcare allows parents to maintain consistent work schedules, and reduce absenteeism caused by gaps in childcare. When parents know their children are safe and well cared for, they can focus on performing their jobs and advancing their careers.
-
Affordable childcare helps ensure that the cost of care does not consume an unsustainable portion of a parent's income. When parents can work, train, and advance while their children receive quality care, the entire family benefits through increased income, greater financial stability, and improved opportunities for the future.
-
Children will have a safe and nurturing environment where they can grow and thrive, while parents have the stability and peace of mind needed to work, pursue training, increase their income, and strengthen their family's future.
